Fund Selection & Investment Policy Statement

We help select the fund lineup that aligns with the Plan Investment Policy Statement(IPS). We will help the committee create an IPS and review it annually. 

Education Planning

We benchmark certain key statistics on your plan to evaluate the effectiveness of the current education programs. If  necessary, we will sit down with you and your service provider to explore new strategies. We also help plans write and implement and Education Policy Statement (EPS).

Request for Proposal (RFP)

 Full-service recordkeeper and investment manager RFP support. This includes help with drafting and scoring the proposal, running finals interviews, and final negotiations with the winning provider.

Transition Support

We are with you every step of the way through your plan transition. Whether the transition is to a new provider or your current provider is enhancing your features, we will be the liaison and problem solver to help solve any potential issues.

Employee Education

We have a library of educational courses, presentations, and articles to provide employees in addition to the recordkeeper services. We offer monthly financial education newsletters and will meet with any employees that have a desire.

Plan Committee Education

We will provide education, training, and/or guidance for the members of the Plan Committee with regard to plan features, retirement readiness matters, or duties and responsibilities of the Committee, including education with respect to fiduciary responsibilities.
